How will the Olive House
Help
ü
The Olive House will be a safe place to recover. Once the potential resident has been free of alcohol and/or
drugs for a period of three months.
ü The Olive House will be
a permanent place to live. The apartments have
affordable furnished private rooms, with bathrooms, refrigerators and
microwaves. Communal living areas will allow residents to do laundry, a
place to visit with each other and family and enjoy group activities. Residents
may stay as long as it takes to turn their lives around.
ü
The Olive House will help people rejoin our community. Homelessness, mental illness and substance abuse isolate
persons in despair. The Olive house will give residents an opportunity to
live perhaps for the first time in a supportive, caring community.
